Cancel Order

• If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected]. We cannot accept cancellations over the telephone for security reasons.

  Cancelling an order on Advanceinfosolutions.in is possible only if the item has not been shipped. You will not be able to cancel the order if the product is already shipped from the warehouse. If you want to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, you need to send Customer care id: [email protected] and make a request to cancel the order.

  After the order has been canceled, the money will be refunded to debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment).

Payment

We accepts the payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and NEFT/RTGS.

Please note that once the material/product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel an order. Such cancellation requests will be treated as product return. Please refer to the terms of product return.

When cancelling, please supply the following:

1. The full name of the person to whom the order was billed.
2. Your order number and/or PO number (if you received one)
3. The approximate date of order placement.
4. The items that you wish to cancel.
5. A written approval from the original manufacturer of the product/s in case the material was shipped before being requested for cancel.
